 - Missed appointments are subject to $25.00 fee.
- Appointments must be canceled 3 hours before scheduled time or a $25.00 missed appointment fee will be charged. If we travel to the site and you cancel your appointment at the time of service there is an additional $10.00 charge.
- A scheduled appointment is not a consultation, service is intended to be given.
- Due to the fact that we cant see your vehicle until we come out for the appointment:
- Lifted trucks are subject up to an additional $10 charge.
- Extremely dirty vehicles are subject to an additional ~$10 charge or $49/hr additional service charge depending on the condition of the vehicle.
To help keep our prices as low as possible we don't build in cost such
as credit card/check processing fees and encourage cash payment, however for
convenience to our customers who must use credit cards/checks, we do provide
the service; Thus:- Credit Card Charges/checks are subject to 2.9% processing charge.
